Ann and Larry Johnstone have been in the retail industry for over 30 years. Ann has always had a keen interest in decor and selling giftware, and Larry's passion has been farming.
They combined their talents in 1992 to open a Cafe' and Craft shop on their farm at Tangiteroria "The NZ Fudge Farm". This endeavour took over their lives and produced a successful business in a rather remote location. Their business grew, it's main focus was manufacturing fudge .
In 2005 they sold the business and moved to the South Island and the new chapter of their lives started.
They both admit " There were many challenges and lessons learnt on this journey" ​​

Larry's handyman skills lead to many building renovations, and with Ann's design skills they could see that furniture Upcycling was something they would take on next.
The new store in Dargaville will sell New and Upcylced Decor. The confectionery may come on board later but for now they are focussed on Decor. They bought the premises in 2020 and have spent the year rennovating as well as sourcing product and upcycling.
They open 3-4 days a week Most items that in shop are on the shop page . Prices and size can be supplied upon request
